A: Nothing! Every Four Seasons Resort and Residences Whistler guest receives this service free of charge.
Q: Where is the Ski Concierge desk located?
A: Ski Concierge is located right at the base of Blackcomb Mountain in the Upper Village. They also have a red tent in front of the Blackcomb Day Lodge between the hours of 1:00 pm and 4:00 pm
Q: How do I get my equipment to the Ski Concierge if it is not located at the hotel?
A: Our Ski Concierge team will handle your equipment from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave and transport it from the resort to your desired location (Whistler or Blackcomb) and back again. They will even take care of it for you and keep it safe should you decide to walk around the village or go for après.
Q: How far are the Ski Concierge locations from the hotel?
A: The Blackcomb location is a three minute walk from the hotel. However, there are shuttles that will drive you to the base of Blackcomb Mountain or Whistler Mountain, free of charge
Q: What are other ski concierge services?
A: The Ski Concierge always has up-to-date information on the best runs of the day and snow conditions. They also fit guests’ equipment and help put it on so that you are ready to hit the slopes in no time at all. Possibly the best thing that they offer is the complimentary cookies and hot chocolate for guests!

A: 11 kilometers (7 miles).
Q: How many restaurants are on each mountain?
A: Blackcomb has nine restaurants and Whistler has eight.
Q: How many Nintendo Terrain Parks and Pipes are there in total on both mountains?
A: There are six Nintendo Terrain Parks and Pipes on the mountains.
Q: What is the total amount of lifts available on both mountains?
A: All together there are 37 lifts on the mountains. Whistler has 19 while Blackcomb has 17, and that is not including the magnificent 4.4 kilometre Peak 2 Peak gondola which connects both mountains.

A: Our Ski Concierge team will gladly bring you any item you need up the mountain.

A: Our hotel is equipped with a Whistler Blackcomb rentals store on the main level. Their staff can fit you with everything you need for your day on the slopes. They will work with Ski Concierge to make sure your items are ready for you at the base of the mountain when you decide to go skiing.
