General Information
Guests are encouraged to arrive at the Ski Concierge booth 45 minutes prior to their lesson time if they are meeting an instructor at the base of Blackcomb or Whistler mountain, and 75 minutes prior to their lesson time if they are meeting an instructor at the top of either mountain.
Our Ski Concierge building is located at the base of Blackcomb Mountain, or look for the red tent in front of the Blackcomb Day Lodge between the hours of 1:00 pm and 4:00 pm.

Renting Equipment
Exclusive and high-quality equipment rentals are available from the Whistler Blackcomb Mountain Products store, conveniently located on the first floor of the Resort's main building. To ensure your equipment is ready when you are, please visit the store the night before for fittings. If you wish to rent same-day equipment, please allow 60 minutes between fitting time and the arrival of your equipment at the Ski Concierge.
Skiing on Your Departure Day
Please be advised that your equipment will be returned to the Resort the night prior to your departure. Should you wish to ski on your date of departure, please contact our Ski Concierge team at extension 1150 and we will hold your equipment at our booth.
