Tonal is an all-in-one fitness system and digital personal trainer that enables guests to enjoy a fitness experience in the comfort of their guest room. Developed by a Bay Area start-up, Tonal combines innovative technology and resistance equipment into a wall-mounted system that includes one-to-one coaching, strength training, yoga and high-intensity workouts. Guests can use this easy-to-use tech to ensure their new year's fitness goals can be met even when they're travelling.
