A NEW LANDMARK

Four Seasons Hotel New York Downtown occupies the first 24 floors of the iconic, 82-storey tower designed by Robert A.M. Stern. Soaring above lower Manhattan, the building’s limestone and concrete exterior makes a dramatic impact on the Downtown skyline.

UNCONVENTIONAL STYLE

Design firm Yabu Pushelberg created a deliberately asymmetrical look for the Hotel, with hairpin turns, imposing staircases and stone and marble recurring throughout the rooms, spa and pool.
