Wedding Planning

A Four Seasons Wedding Service Specialist will work with you or your wedding consultant to reserve your dates, plan the schedule of events, coordinate all food and beverage details – from menu design to linens – and assist with other aspects of your wedding experience at the Resort.
Wedding Specialist
Our dedicated wedding professionals will coordinate the music, photography, videography, floral arrangements, cakes, decorations, dinner arrangements and any other services required for your wedding. Special requirements should be requested prior to your arrival in Nevis, to ensure that your wedding day is perfect in every way.
Flowers
Four Seasons will be pleased to assist you or make arrangements with our on-site florist. We can also create themes and matching décor for your event setting.
Entertainment
Whether you prefer a steel pan and Kaiso Calypso serenade, a Nevisian string band or something more a bit more traditional, let our wedding coordinator help you audition the theme music for your unforgettable day.
All entertainment and music is arranged by our Conference Services Department. For groups with larger entertainment budgets, your Conference Services Manager is pleased to assist with music options from outside of the St. Kitts-Nevis area.
Public area available for pictures
Various areas on the Resort property are available for photographs, including the gardens, the golf course and the beach.
- Sugar Mill Ruin: Serving as the backdrop for the second hole of the Robert Trent Jones II Golf Course, couples can experience history by standing beside the stone remains of a former sugar and coconut plantation windmill.
- Herb Garden: The Resort’s very own organic herb garden serves as the perfect lush setting for photographs.
- Great House: The Great House lobby features modern décor with open-air views of the Caribbean Sea and the Resort’s lush greenery.
Cakes
Our talented in-house Pastry Chef can create a beautiful customised wedding cake in the flavour of your preference. If you have a photograph of a special cake, we will be happy to prepare that cake for you.

Four Seasons prides itself on culinary creativity, and offers an extensive array of menus to choose from. We can also completely custom design a menu for you, including your choice of beverages. Whatever the wedding event, from an intimate family brunch to a sophisticated cocktail buffet or a grand reception banquet, our team will assist you or your bridal consultant, from planning to execution.

A wedding can be a stressful time. While you are guests of Four Seasons, you are invited to make use of our on-site fitness facilities, with our compliments. You may also wish to book a restful massage or rejuvenating spa treatment.

Legal Formalities
Tying the nuptial knot in Nevis is a unique and beautiful experience for those who enjoy the unusual and are flexible in their plans. The staff at Four Seasons Resort Nevis will coordinate the legal procedures. These procedures include a meeting with the Magistrate's assistant at her office in Charlestown, along with detailed planning of your wedding event by our staff.
You will need to bring:
- A valid passport
- A certified affidavit stating single status
- An original final divorce decree (if married before) or death certificate (if widowed)
You can legally apply for a marriage licence, which takes one to two business days to process. For further information, please contact our Wedding Specialist.
