Transportation
Macau International Airport is 1.5 kilometres (0.9 miles) and approximately five minutes by car from the Hotel. Direct flights to Macau are currently available from Kaohsiung, Taipei, Chengdu, Hangzhou, Guilin, Nanjing, Beijing, Shanghai, Xiamen, Bangkok, Manila, Kuching, Singapore, Kota Kinabalu, Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta, Osaka, Seoul and Tokyo. Service is provided by Eva Airways, Air Asia, Shanghai Airlines, Transasia Airways, Xiamen Airlines, Air Macau, Tiger Airways, Cebu Pacific Air, East Star Airlines, China Eastern Airlines, Air China, Malaysia Airlines, Jetstar Asia Airways, Philippine Airlines and a number of local airlines.
Limousine service
Limousine service is available to and from the ferry terminal and may be arranged at the time of reservation or through the Concierge. Guests who book a limousine transfer from the ferry terminal to the Hotel will be greeted by a ferry representative after they have cleared customs. The representative will also assist them with baggage and accompany them to their waiting limousine.
Limousine service options include:
- Mercedes Benz S350 – MOP 450 + 10% per vehicle, one way, maximum 3 passengers
- Toyota Alphard – MOP 450 +10% per vehicle, one way, maximum 6 passengers
A coach may also be available. In addition, limousine service is available on an hourly basis in and around Macau. Please contact the Concierge for details.
Ferry service
There is also regular ferry service between Macau and Shenzhen, China (a 60- to 80-minute ride), and between Macau and Hong Kong (a 60-minute ride). The Taipa Ferry Terminal via Cotai Water Jet is a seven-minute drive from the Hotel. Guests arriving at Hong Kong International Airport can bypass Hong Kong immigration and customs by taking the 65-minute Cotai WaterJet or TurboJet, the cross-boundary passenger ferries to Macau.
Shuttle service
The Plaza Casino operates a complimentary shuttle van service that stops at Four Seasons Hotel Macao, Cotai Strip, and is only available at the Macau Taipa Ferry Terminal. Guests using this service must be able to handle their own luggage. This service every 30 minutes and is available from 11:20 am (first transfer from Taipa Ferry Terminal) to 9:50 pm (last transfer from Taipa Ferry Terminal) daily. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

From the airport
- Once you have arrived at the Macau International Airport, you can take a pre-arranged limousine to the Hotel. Taxi service is also widely available.
By car
- Exit the airport car park area onto Avenida Wai Long.
- Turn left at the second roundabout.
- Turn left again onto the Taipa-Coloane Causeway.
- At the first roundabout, make a U-turn back.
- The Hotel is on the left.

- Upon arriving at Hong Kong International Airport, exit through the E1 transfer area, where the TurboJet Air/Sea Transfer Desk is located.
- Follow the signs for the ferry and do not pass through immigration.
- Hand in your luggage tag at the Air/Sea Transfer Desk so that your baggage will be transferred from the plane to the ferry.
- Once you have arrived at the Macau Ferry Terminal, you can take a pre-arranged limousine to the Hotel. Taxi service is also widely available.
