LACMA

Downtown Los Angeles Arts District
Occupying the eastern side of Downtown Los Angeles, the Arts District is filled with former industrial and railroad buildings. This artist community thrives with galleries, photography studios, graphic artists, small advertising firms, video and media companies, and the Southern California Institute of Architecture (SCI-ARC).
Wallis Annenberg Center For The Performing Arts
One of the newest cultural destinations in Los Angeles, The Wallis is comprised of the old Beverly Hills Post Office space (now the Paula Kent Meehan Historic Building) and the contemporary 500-seat, state-of-the-art Bram Goldsmith Theater. Here you are privy to theater, music and dance performances, as well as exciting programming for the family audience.
J. Paul Getty Museum
Set on a hilltop offering panoramic views of the entire city, the Getty Museum features works by Rembrandt, Monet, Cézanne, Leonardo da Vinci and Michelangelo. Van Gogh's "Irises" is top draw, and Robert Irwin's Central Garden is not to be missed.
Getty Villa
Bordered by coastal mountains and with awe inspiring views of the Pacific Ocean, and set amidst acres (26 hectares) of lush gardens, the Getty Villa showcases Greek, Roman, and Etruscan antiquities.
Griffith Observatory
You’re sure to see many stars at this Los Angeles landmark, which is located on the southern slope of Mount Hollywood in Griffith Park. A national leader in public astronomy, Griffith Observatory offers daily programs to the public, interactive exhibits, as well as some of the most spectacular views of LA and beyond.
Walt Disney Concert Hall
Internationally renowned architect Frank Gehry designed the Walt Disney Concert Hall to be one of the most acoustically sophisticated in the world. Home to the Los Angeles Philharmonic, the 293,000 square-foot (27,220 square-metre) space includes a 2,265-seat auditorium with natural lighting, in which the audience surrounds the orchestra, providing both visual and aural intimacy for an unparalleled musical experience.
Peterson Automotive Museum
Recognized internationally for its innovative design, this museum is dedicated to the interpretive study of the automobile and its influence on our life and culture. Its exhibits and lifelike dioramas feature more than 150 rare and classic cars, trucks and motorcycles.
The Broad Museum
Located in Downtown Los Angeles, The Broad Museum has quickly become one of the most popular contemporary art museums to visit. The museum is home to the 2,000 works of art in the Broad collection, which is among the most prominent holdings of postwar and contemporary art worldwide. The 120,000-square-foot, USD 140-million building features two floors of gallery space and is the headquarters of The Broad Art Foundation’s worldwide lending library, which has actively loaned collection works to museums around the world since 1984.
