Executive ChefExecutive Chef Alvin Dela Cruz turns our restaurants into a dynamic stage where every meal is a mesmerizing performance. A distinguished Le Cordon Bleu graduate with over 12 years of culinary expertise, Chef Dela Cruz weaves rich cultural narratives into his dishes. His commitment to crafting unforgettable dining experiences is reflected in his balance of quality, simplicity and authenticity.

Naruchit Taingtrong
EXECUTIVE SOUS-CHEFYoung at heart but a traditionalist in the kitchen, Naruchit Taingtrong is a welcome addition to the culinary brigade at Four Seasons Resort Chiang Mai. He brings with him significant experience in both classic and modern Thai cuisines, as well as a keen eye for presentation. Proficient in Mediterranean, Middle Eastern and French cuisines, he has a robust banqueting pedigree that is beneficial to the operations at our Resort.

Our buffet of savoury and sweet delights includes favourites such as bacon and cheese croffles, classic Basque burnt cheesecake and strawberry cheesecake, or dive in to salted caramel cakes, blackberry tarts and chocolate mousse with fruit caviar.
