- What better way to start or end your day than with an energizing jog by the sea. All levels are welcome, as the pace will be medium to slow. The goal is to enjoy the view while moving. Duration: 45 Minutes Wednesday: 8:00 am Saturday, 7:00 pm
- Pilates Mat
- Designed to improve physical strength, flexibility and posture, mat-based Pilates focuses on core muscles, arms and legs to enhance body tone and control, as well as build lean muscle mass. Duration: 30 Minutes Tuesday: 11:00 am Saturday: 11:00 am
- Beach Yoga
- Relax and enjoy 60 minutes of yoga at a sea-view location. All levels are welcome. Duration: 60 Minutes Tuesday: 8:00 am Saturday: 8:00 am
- Spinning
- Our cycling workout motivates, challenges and inspires while accompanied by uplifting beats. Duration: 30 Minutes Monday: 7:00 pm Friday: 8:00 am
- Metcon
- Short for metabolic conditioning, MetCon is a workout that most commonly combines strength and cardio conditioning, as well as both anaerobic and aerobic exercises. During a MetCon workout, you moderately to intensely exert yourself for a prolonged amount of time. Duration: 30 Minutes Monday & Sunday: 11:00 am Tuesday: 7:00 pm Thursday: 8:00 am
- Jet Lag Remedies
- This combination of full body deep stretching eases any body soreness. A guided meditation with sound healing helps your mind relax so that you can fall asleep later. Duration: 45 minutes Wednesday: 7:00 pm
- Yoga Nidra
- Yoga Nidra is perfect for anyone, including those who are brand-new to yoga and meditation. All that’s required is a willingness to lie down, let go and rest. Duration: 30 minutes Friday: 7:00 pm
- Compound Weightlifting
- Learn the all-time classic weightlifting compound moves such as squats, deadlifts and pull-ups while training your entire body. All levels are welcome, and modifications will be given. Duration: 45 minutes Monday: 8:00 am Thursday: 11:00 am
- AQUA CYCLING
- Ride on a stationary bike submerged in our Nafsika pool for a fun, revitalizing and effective way to improve fitness and cardiovascular endurance, DURATION: 45 MINUTES WEDNESDAY: 11:00 AM SUNDAY: 8:00 AM
- OPEN-WATER SWIMMING (OWS)
- Build your endurance, nail your form, vary your stroke, learn alternative breathing, practise patience, and learn sighting through OWS training with our expert swimming coaches. DURATION: 45 MINUTES FRIDAY: 11:00 AM
- SUNSET YOGA and WINE
- Relax and enjoy 45 minutes of yoga at a sea-view location, followed by Greek wine. All levels are welcome. Duration: 45 minutes SUNDAY: 7:00 PM

- Archery is a sport rooted in accuracy, making it a fun and easy way to improve hand-eye coordination skills, upper body strength, core stability and balance. Duration: 60 minutes Thursday: 7:00 pm
Teen Activities
- Hado Arena
- Imagine throwing hadoken like in comics and on TV. Strap on head-mounted displays and armband sensors to wield energy balls and shields on a real-world court as if by magic. Duration: 90 minutes Friday: 3:00 pm
- TikTok Dance Lessons

- Karaoke Night

- Cali-Teens
- This body weight workout is geared towards teenagers who are looking to get fit and learn the correct techniques for some of the most popular calisthenics exercises such as pull-ups, push-ups and handstands. Duration: 30 MINUTES Tuesday: 12:00 noon
- Ping-Pong Tournament
- Bring your friends and come to our Tennis Lounge area to play ping-pong with other guests and maybe be the lucky winner. Duration: 90 MINUTES Thursday: 12:00 noon
